What do we mean by Simple Pricing?

Comparing conveyancing costs is not easy. If you have a look around at other providers, you will see lots of different things listed in quotes, some which are included in the price and some which are not.

At Threemo, we believe in absolute transparency when it comes to our pricing. When you’re buying a car, the salesman doesn’t break down how much the doors, the seats, the indicators, the labour or the nuts and bolts are. You get the price of the car and if you want something extra it is clearly priced and you can choose whether or not you want to add it.

We think conveyancing pricing should be the same. We don’t like long price lists so we include all of the small items in our fee. You will just be quoted one price plus the VAT for the chancellor.

Let's get you signed up

Yes that means there is a lot of paperwork, come on you expected that didn't you but the more we cover at the beginning, the easier it will be!

We are always here to chat through the paperwork or answer any questions you have via email or our portal!

Mortgage & Title Deed formalities.

We receive and process the mortgage offer during this stage before getting you to sign the Mortgage Deed. If all parties are happy, we can then agree on a completion date which is the date the deal is going to be sealed!

If we have to wait until you are coming out of your fixed-rate mortgage product, then that's not a problem! We also check the title Documentation during this stage and will advise of any problems or changes needed.

Completion Day

This is when we repay your current mortgage with the funds from your new lender.

We have some paperwork to do at our end after that but once completion has happened, you're home and dry and you can leave us to deal with the formalities.

What are your opening hours?

We are open between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on all bank holidays. Our online Hub is open 24 hours a day for you to message us, upload documents, track the progress of your case or make payments to us.

Do I have a dedicated Case Manager?

Yes, once you instruct us, you will be allocated a Case Manager who will be your main point of contact.

Can I track my case online?

You sure can through our online Hub.

Do you do the conveyancing work on sales and purchases?

Our primary focus is the legal work associated with remortgaging but we can help you with a sale and/or a purchase if required.
